Convention bureau services
NewcastleGateshead Convention Bureau is the business tourism arm of our organisation, promoting NewcastleGateshead and the surrounding area as a first-class conference destination for national and international conferences and offering free services such as venue finding and accommodation booking. We send venue enquiries to, and offer accommodation with, partners of NewcastleGateshead Initiative exclusively. Partners can also get involved in a range of activity, all designed to help them promote their venue or services to the lucrative conference and meetings market, including attendance at trade shows and exhibitions, familiarisation trips, site visits, our marketing materials and our work with the meetings industry trade press.
